  3. Participated in a national conference on “Budget Analysis and Expenditure Monitoring” organised by Samarthan Centre for Budget Studies in Pune in February, 2008;
  4. Paper on Social Security Budgets for Widows was accepted in an international seminar organised jointly by the Department of Economics, University of Oslo, Norway, and the Baltic Conference Organisers, Lithuania. The seminar was held in Lithuania in February, 2008;

  5. Participated in a seminar at London School of Economics in June, 2007, on “Legislative Budget Advocacy” organised jointly by the International Budget Partnership, Washington, and the Department of Governance, London School of Economics;
  6. Participated in an international conference on “Budget Analysis” organised by the International Budget Partnership (Washington) in Cambodia in October, 2006;
  7. Participated in an international conference on “Gender Budgeting” at Mukono, Uganda in June, 2006. The conference was organised by the Forum for Women in Democracy (FOWODE) and the Eastern Africa Gender Budget Network (EAGBN).
