Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Printer Repairing
including Cartridge Refilling and related services for the year 2025-26.
Sardar Patel Institute of Economic and Social Research, Ahmedabad invites
closed/sealed quotation from the reputed company/vendors for entering into an
‘Annual Maintenance Contract for Printer Repairing including cartridge refilling and
related services’ for the year 2025-26’.
Scope of Work:
1. Printer repairing of Laser Jet Printer Cartridges (black and white).
2. Periodic Maintenance and Servicing of Printers.
3. Off-call support for printer-related issues.
4. Pickup and delivery of printer/cartridge on a free of cost.
Requirements:
1. Please submit your quotation in a sealed/closed envelope, clearly marked:
“Quotation for Comprehensive AMC for Printer Repairing including
cartridge refilling and related services for the year 2025-26”
2. The quotation should include:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in AMC of Cartridge Refilling and
Related Service with the Government or reputed Private Organizations.
GST registration and PAN Certificate are mandatory.
Proof of Comprehensive AMC contracts completed in the last 5 years.

Total Laser Jet Printers: [19 including 5-Single and 14-Multi-Function]
Date of Notice: [14/05/2025], by [11.00 AM]
Last Date of Submission: [27/05/2025], by [5.30 PM]
Opening Date: [28/05/2025]
