Hardware and related services for the year 2025-26.

Sardar Patel Institute of Economic and Social Research, Ahmedabad invites

closed/sealed quotations from reputed company/vendors for ‘Non-

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Computer

Hardware and related services’ for the year 2025-26 at the Institute.

Scope of Work:

 Maintenance and servicing of Desktop Computers (including data back up if

required) Laptops, Data Server 2016, Sophos XG Firewall, UPS and Network

related support including routers & switches.

 Replacement of faulty and new parts on competitive rate.

 Preventive Maintenance every quarter.

 Off-call technical support during working hours.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Minimum 5 years of proven experience in AMC of IT Hardware, Data Server

2016, Sophos XG Firewall, Networks and UPS with the Government or

Reputed Private Organizations.

 Competitive offer rate is solicited.

 GST registration and PAN Certificate are mandatory.

 Proof of Non-Comprehensive AMC contracts completed in the last 5 years.
